Questions
Can I book a ride from Pasadena to LAX?
Yes. Name Pasadena as the pickup and LAX as the drop-off on the booking page. The ride is prearranged.
Does the Pasadena ride include LAX curbside?
Yes. LimoCircle is permitted for LAX curbside pickup and drop-off, and you can request that service as the LAX end of the ride.
How does the driver meet me at LAX from Pasadena?
Prearranged limo and black-car pickups at LAX are on the lower arrivals level outside baggage claim, at the outer curb. Limousines and black-car service are separate from the LAX-it rideshare lot. Share your terminal with your chauffeur. Your chauffeur confirms the exact meeting spot before you land, because curb assignments and construction closures change. Airport rules require prearranged trips, and commercial vehicles may only stop briefly to load or unload. Coordinate your meeting point with your chauffeur. LAX is under construction. Check flylax.com for current curb changes.
Is this a prearranged ride?
Yes. Submit the Pasadena and LAX places on the booking page before the trip.
