How LAX pickup works with a prearranged chauffeur
A plain guide to what happens from booking to the curb when a LimoCircle chauffeur picks you up at Los Angeles International Airport.
1. Book before you fly
LAX pickups by a limo or black-car company must be prearranged. Book on the booking page with LAX as the pickup, your destination, and the date and time you land. You see the price before you book.
Enter your airline and flight number. It goes to your chauffeur with the booking. If your landing time changes, message your chauffeur so the pickup can be adjusted.
2. Tell us your terminal
LAX has many terminals, and the pickup curb depends on which one you land at. Enter your terminal on the booking form. If you are not sure, your airline's app or boarding pass lists it, and your chauffeur can confirm it with you.
International arrivals go through customs first, which can take longer than a domestic arrival. Let your chauffeur know when you clear customs.
3. Land, collect bags, and message your chauffeur
After you land, check for a message from your chauffeur. Reply when you have your bags, so the vehicle reaches the curb when you walk out instead of circling.
Prearranged limo and black-car pickups at LAX are on the lower arrivals level outside baggage claim, at the outer curb. They are separate from the LAX-it rideshare and taxi lot, so you do not need a shuttle to LAX-it.
4. Meet at the curb
Your chauffeur confirms the exact meeting spot before you land, because curb assignments and construction closures at LAX change. Commercial vehicles may only stop briefly to load and unload, which is why messaging when you have your bags matters.

5. Ride, and keep your chauffeur
Your chauffeur helps with luggage and drives you to the place you booked. If you liked the ride, you can save your chauffeur and request them again for your next trip.

Do I have to go to LAX-it for a chauffeur pickup?
No. LAX-it is for rideshare and taxis. Prearranged limo and black-car pickups are at the outer curb of the lower arrivals level.
What if my flight is late?
Enter your flight number when you book. It goes to your chauffeur with the booking details. Message your chauffeur if your landing time changes.
Is LimoCircle the only company allowed at the LAX curb?
No. LimoCircle is permitted for LAX curbside pickup and drop-off, and other licensed, permitted operators can be too.
