Delete your LimoCircle account

LimoCircle is operated by LAX Curbside Limo, LLC. Support: support@limocircle.com

Customers and drivers can delete their account on the web after signing in. You do not need the Android app to start deletion, but you must authenticate with your account password. An email address alone is not accepted as authorization to delete an account.

Sign in with the Customer or Driver button below.
Open account settings and choose Delete account(customer dashboard or driver profile/nav).
Review any blockers shown by the system.
Confirm with your current password and the exact phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

What is removed or anonymized: account access, profile fields, notification preferences, web/native push delivery for your account, and identifiable customer booking contact fields (addresses may be replaced with retained-transaction placeholders).

What may be retained: booking economics, payment/refund/ledger history, closed support records (identity anonymized where coded), and audit evidence needed for finance, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal retention. Deletion is not always instantaneous if blockers exist.

Common blockers: active or upcoming rides, pending refunds/disputes, open support cases, unpaid/scheduled driver payouts, or an active driver subscription requiring support-assisted cancellation.
