LimoCircle provides prearranged chauffeur and airport rides in Southern California. Hotel front desks and concierges, event and wedding planners, and corporate travel teams can send a guest or traveler to one booking page to request a ride.
How a guest or traveler books
Open the booking page and enter the pickup, the drop-off, the date, and the time. The form also collects a flight number, the number of passengers, luggage, and a vehicle type, and the booking page gives the final price for the trip you enter.
Every ride is prearranged, not a street hail. A front desk, concierge, planner, or travel assistant can send the booking page address to the person who is travelling so they can request the ride themselves.
For hotels and concierge desks
Guests who ask about a ride to or from LAX can request a prearranged chauffeur ride on the booking page. LimoCircle is operated by LAX CURBSIDE LIMO, LLC, a licensed California company, and is permitted for LAX curbside pickup and drop-off.
Airport rides are also available for John Wayne, Burbank, Ontario, Long Beach, San Diego, and Palm Springs airports, and for the Long Beach cruise port, anywhere inside the Southern California service area.
For event and wedding planners
Special event pickups and drop-offs, including weddings, can be requested across the service area. Enter the pickup, the event drop-off, and the time, and request a second trip when guests need the return from the event.
Planners can point guests to the wedding and special event page for the full steps. The booking form is the same one used for airport rides and for LAX curbside pickup and drop-off.
For corporate travel and executive assistants
Travelers can request a prearranged ride for an airport transfer or a business trip inside the service area. Riders get live arrival updates, and a ride can be followed from the Track page with the booking details.
A traveler who likes a chauffeur can save that chauffeur and book them again in one tap, so the same driver can be requested for the next trip.

Where is a prearranged limo pickup at LAX?
Prearranged limo and black-car pickups at LAX are on the lower arrivals level outside baggage claim, at the outer curb. Limousines and black-car service are separate from the LAX-it rideshare lot. Share your terminal with your chauffeur. Your chauffeur confirms the exact meeting spot before you land, because curb assignments and construction closures change. Airport rules require prearranged trips, and commercial vehicles may only stop briefly to load or unload. Coordinate your meeting point with your chauffeur. LAX is under construction.
